Amendment to Bylaws

The proposed amendment to CCV HOA Bylaws was passed by owner  mail-in ballot  vote. The owners returning ballots voted 63 to 11 in favor of changing the minimum length of occupancy  to 90 DAYS.  The amendment will be posted on the Document page of this website as soon as it is available.
