Informational Documents Required of ALL Tenants

Action was taken at the Nov 2019 Board Meeting to better ensure the safety of all residents.   New Rule governing the informational packet required from all owners/property managers is now in effect.  In summary, IMMEDIATELY upon rental of a unit,  all owners and property managers are required to submit to the Manager the information packet for new tenants; this packet includes (but is not limited to) names, vehicle identifying information, acknowledgement of rules in effect for the condos. This Rule may be viewed in its entirety at DOCUMENTS/ Rules  on this website. Failure to comply will results in FINES to the owner of the unit.
