Roof Tile Policy

At the Nov meeting, the Board of Dir voted to implement a new Roof Tile Policy. Policy includes requirements of owners to notify manager whenever ANY maintenance personnel are scheduled to access the roof of ANY unit.  FINES will be assessed for failure to comply with this new policy.
