Roof Project

Roofing membrane project on building #5 is complete.The final cost of the membrane installation cost $31, 500, roughly a saving of $11,000 over what Basin was charging.

The roofs of units 7C & 7D is the next  project. The current roofing problems of these two units are extensive. The board decided to put membrane on only half of building 7 and save money in the long run. This work has already started. 

The board is hoping funds will be available later in the year to finish building 7 (A & B).
