Changes to Late Charge Date & Dues Increase for 2019

The Board has determined that a small (8%) dues increase will be necessary in order to meet the 2019 Operating Budget.

Dues will be assessed as follows:   
All B/C/D Units…..$215.46

A Unit (14/19) … $319.93   
A Units (2/3/4/6/7/10/11/13/16/20) …$324.32

Roof Assessmenet will remain the same as 2018
